LMSD Series saw grit diamond is of rough surface with grooves, it is not surface-treated but as-grown diamonds specially designed from specific raw materials )graphite and catalyst), long systhesis time and distinctive shape -sorting process.
As LMSD Series diamonds adopt longer synthesis time, it has longer time for impurity removal, therefore it owns less impurities and better thermal stability. Its very rough grooved surface contributes to higher sharpness and longer tool life, which makes a good combination of efficiency and too life.
Available Sizes: 30/35 ~ 60/70
LMSD790
Rough surface with grooves, extremely low impurities and high tougness, completely regular shape.Suitable for high grade tools (such as diamond wire, core bit) and single layer tools (brazing and electroplated tools).
LMSD780
Rough surface with grooves, very low impurities and high toughness, complete crystal shape. Recommended for high grade tools (such as dimond wire, saw blade for reinforced concrete and very hard granite, ect) and electroplated tools.
LMSD770
Rough surface with grooves, low impurities medium toughness, regular crystal shape. Suitable for medium grade tools (such as saw, multi-saw, concrete saw blades and segments for big saw blade) and medium grade electroplated tools.
LMSD760
Rough surface with grooves, low impurities medium-low toughness, almost regular crystal shape. Recommended for medium-low grade tools (such as medium and small diameter saw blades, multi-saw, segments) and medium grade electroplater tools.
LMSD750
Rough surface with grooves, low toughness, blocky crystal shape. Suitable for low load tools, like saw blade for cutting soft materials, small saw blades. Also can be used for grinding stones and concretes, etc.
