1.Send us your 2D or 3D drawing and injection machine model, we will check and send you quotation.

2.After confirm the quotation and receive deposit, we will do DFM analysis.

3.Plastic Mold Flow analysis and make DFM report and mold design.

4.Start to make the mold by machines.

5.Around 30~45 days will have T1 samples.

6.Customer inspect the mold by video or in our factory.

7.Deliver the molds by sea or air.
